Low-capacity pathway
Start Here If You Need Support
When you need support, even choosing where to start can feel like too much. This page is intentionally simple. You do not have to solve your whole life today. You only need one safe next step.
Start here: Choose the first link that feels possible. If this is a crisis, use real-time support first. If this is ongoing depression, start with a doctor, therapist, counselor, pastor, or one trusted person.
If this is loneliness, start with one safe person. If this is church hurt, start with someone who will not rush you or shame you. If this is spiritual numbness, start small. One honest sentence to God still counts.

If you are not sure what kind of help you need
- If this is urgent, use crisis support first.
- If this keeps coming back, consider a doctor, therapist, counselor, or support group.
- If you feel alone, text one safe person before trying to explain everything.
- If church hurt is part of it, look for support that will not pressure you to rush forgiveness or pretend.
- If you cannot pray, try one sentence, not a performance.
Still Here Faith offers Christian encouragement and resource navigation, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, pastoral counseling, crisis care, or emergency care. If you are in immediate danger, call emergency services, call or text 988 in the U.S., or text HOME to 741741.
